Thank you all for visiting our booths this year, it was nice meeting many different people. It's been a tough year for exhibitions due to COVID-19 measurements and social distancing, but this week, we managed to go ahead with the postponed exhibitions under preventive measures. Since the 3 exhibitions were crammed together due to rescheduling, our staffs worked extra hard to make it happen and made sure we exhibit with safety. A big thank you to the staffs for your hard work, also the organizer for making this happen.

Thank you for your support at China Fire Expo 2019 which was held in Beijing during 16-19th October. China Fire Expo is indeed one of the most important biennial events in fire industry in China. We are very grateful to have various experts from FirePro headquarters to be with us at the booth, so that visitors can have thorough discussions regarding uniqueness and applications of FirePro fire suppression systems. We look forward to meeting you at China Fire 2021.

Again this year we were invited to exhibit at GIES. This year we had the privilege to have a separate booth with Inmutouch.com together with Mr. Anders Hansen, the founder of Inmutouch who gave a speech at Innovative Solutions for Dementia Care workshop. Many came to our booth to experience Inmu Relax and Inmu Dance first hand and we saw many happy faces which is what we hoped for. At another booth, we have another product that was was showcased at the Wheelchair/Walker showcase that was presented on all 4 days. Ello Rollator, a electric powered Rollator/Walker. Many had the opportunity to test out the technology first hand. Many products made their return this year such as MariCare's smart floor, emFit, goloo, Wrappon as well as a debutant MedicusTek fall prevention system. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and support, making this possible. We will work hard to be back at GIES next years!

In response to the situation of COVID-19, we have further expanded our product line-up and extended our focus on long term vision of Cleaning and Hygiene products. In the past few months, we have introduced Hocliaq, a Hypochlorous Acid Water produced locally using technology by our Japanese partner Aquaflex, Kleen Purgatis' Schonreiniger Lemon and Budesin Sprayoff, an Ecolabel cleaning detergent and a powerful ready-to-use disinfectant from Germany and Trap Guard, a trap seal device for protecting sewers from the USA. We have also supplied hand washing machine to schools to promote hand washing. We have not stopped providing products to hospitals, schools and homes during this difficult time thanks to our colleagues. Since SARS in 2003, we have been introducing new cleaning solutions each year sourced from all over the world that can help you clean smarter and better, making our environment safer and more hygienic. In the past few years, we have increased our effort in promoting our cleaning products in trade shows such as Restaurant and Bar, Retail Expo, Eco Expo Asia and more. Last year we have started an instagram account featuring the #Cleantherightway marketing campaign, setting it as our main objective, because cleaning the right way, means a better environment for everyone. We will continue to work hard to help looking after our environment because there is only one planet for us after all. Let's play our part.
