10+ years of experience in factory operations, manufacturing engineering, industrial automation, or related fields.
Experience in lean manufacturing, SOP development, capacity planning, or large‑scale operational projects is a strong advantage.
Friendly, outgoing, and self‑driven, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Flexible, versatile, team player
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude
Critical thinking, problem solving ability
Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin, English is an advantage
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities
Support the Head of Factory Operations in overseeing daily plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and compliance.
Lead and coordinate automation, semi‑automation, and IoT system implementation across production lines and intra-logistics workflows.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives including lean projects, workflow redesign, and efficiency enhancement.
Manage and optimise production planning, equipment utilisation, and resource allocation.
Supervise maintenance strategies to ensure reliable equipment performance and minimise downtime.
Work closely with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth factory operations.
Assist in vendor management, tender evaluations, and project execution for new machinery or technology upgrades.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, technology partners, and contractors.
Support cross‑region coordination and project execution for the Greater Bay Area as required.
Mentor and develop team members to build operational excellence.
